Rosebud Cottage is a newly renovated, 1-BR vacation home with a large deck to enjoy barbecuing and the evening sun. This 4-star (Canada Select) cottage is nestled in the centre of historic Trinity, just a short stroll to Rising Tide Theatre, shops, restaurants, historic sites, whale watching tours, sea kayaking, hiking, and all the town offers. The place is cute and cozy with a vaulted ceiling in an open concept living/dining/kitchen (well equipped, including a dishwasher!), and even a washer/dryer. You'll be well connected during your stay with wifi, smart tv with cable, and phone. This comfortable home provides an excellent base for exploring Trinity and surrounding area. Rosebud Cottage is open year round! Our discount rate from October to May is only $150/night ($950/week). The summer rate for 2018 is $220/night ($205/night on stays of 5 or more nights). The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests (with queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area). Rates are based on double occupancy, additional adult is $10/night. Dogs may be allowed, with prior permission (subject to fee of $25 per stay). There is a 2-night minimum for advance bookings in the summer. Payment details: We accept credit cards (VISA, MC) and e-mail money transfers (e-transfers) for payment. In order to reserve the cottage, payment of one night’s stay must be made (or 25% payment for stays longer than 4 days). The remaining payment is due on your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be refunded (less $35 management fee) if we are notified of cancellation thirty days or more before the scheduled arrival date. Should cancellation occur within 30 days, the deposit (less $35 management fee) will only be refunded if we can fill the rental period.
